RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing | April 13–19, 2026 | Harbour Town Golf Links, Sea Pines
The RBC Heritage is the signature event of April and one of the most respected tournaments on the PGA TOUR. Held at Harbour Town Golf Links in Sea Pines, it brings top golfers from around the world to Hilton Head Island each year. The setting is part of what makes this tournament so unique. Harbour Town offers a walkable, coastal atmosphere where golf, dining, and waterfront views all come together. Throughout the week, the area remains active from morning through evening, with tournament play during the day and live music and gatherings into the evening.
During Heritage week, live music takes place throughout Harbour Town:
Monday through Wednesday feature afternoon and evening performances around the marina, with Gregg Russell performing under the Liberty Oak from 7:30 to 9:00 PM.
Thursday through Sunday expand into full-day entertainment, including late morning performances, afternoon live music at Harbourside, and evening sets at the Quarterdeck and surrounding venues.
It is one of the most iconic weeks on Hilton Head Island and a defining part of the spring season.
Sea Pines Easter Egg Hunt | April 5, 2026 | 11:00 AM | Harbour Town
The Sea Pines Easter Egg Hunt is a long-standing tradition held at the Gregg Russell Harbour Town Playground. The event begins promptly at 11:00 AM and features a visit from the Easter Bunny along with a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. This is one of the island’s simplest and most well-loved spring events.
Rose Hill Charity Polo Match | April 12, 2026 | Bluffton
The Rose Hill Charity Polo Match is a popular annual event just outside Hilton Head Island in Bluffton. Set on open green fields, the afternoon blends sport, social gathering, and community support. Guests can enjoy the match along with local food vendors and a lively but relaxed setting. The event benefits Heroes on Horseback, supporting therapeutic riding programs in the Lowcountry.
25th Annual Art Market at Honey Horn | April 25–26, 2026 | Coastal Discovery Museum
The Art Market at Honey Horn returns for its 25th year at the Coastal Discovery Museum. This outdoor event features more than 85 artists presenting original work across a variety of mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, jewelry, and handcrafted goods. Held beneath the live oaks, the setting creates a comfortable and inviting environment to explore the exhibits at your own pace. Live music and food vendors are also part of the experience.
Saturday, April 25 runs from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday, April 26 runs from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is $5, and children 12 and under are free.
Hilton Head Island Farmers Market at Honey Horn | Tuesdays in April | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
The weekly farmers market at Honey Horn is one of the most consistent and well-attended events on the island. Each Tuesday morning, the grounds fill with local vendors offering fresh produce, seafood, baked goods, artisan items, and prepared foods. Live music and a relaxed setting make this an easy way to spend a morning on Hilton Head Island. Admission and parking are free.
Bluffton Sunset Party | April 25, 2026 | Oyster Factory Park
Bluffton’s Sunset Party marks the start of the spring and summer event season along the May River. Live music, food vendors, and waterfront views create a relaxed evening atmosphere. It is one of the most enjoyable ways to experience Bluffton and its connection to the Hilton Head area.
Music & Taste on the Harbour | Thursdays in April | 6:00 PM–9:00 PM | Shelter Cove Harbour
Music & Taste on the Harbour is a seasonal concert series held at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. The event combines live music with food and drinks from local restaurants in a waterfront setting.The April schedule includes events on April 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, each featuring different local bands. The atmosphere is casual and social, with views of the marina and sunset.
Gregg Russell Concerts | Harbour Town | April Schedule
Gregg Russell concerts under the Liberty Oak are one of the most recognizable traditions on Hilton Head Island. These evening performances begin at 7:30 PM and offer a mix of music, interaction, and a relaxed, family-friendly setting. Spring concerts take place on select evenings early in the month, including April 6 through April 10 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
